Insulated Ratchet Tensioners [2 Pack]

These are really only suited to using on wire fences and are perfect for ending off perimeter fences as the insulation block allows them to be tied directly to an end post without losing power.  There is an insulation block built into the fixed part of the strainer and the ratchet will provide the electric wire with the necessary tension.
